Larry R. Keough is an accomplished, professional, family-friendly entertainer, prolific singer-songwriter, and a children’s book author who has been performing in the southern California region for over 25 years.  Currently he lives in El Cajon where he resides and continues to entertain and write children’s books under his ReadSing Books Label.

Larry performs shows throughout the school year--Back to School in the Fall and Reading Is The Key.  He also celebrates Read Across America in March of every year.  For his Fall 2011 Back To School Program/Tour, Larry will be performing in Southwestern Pennsylvania Elementary School Districts to share his important message with the students:  Reading Is The Key.  He delivers this timely message through his multi-talented entertainment style of singing songs, storytelling, selective readings from his books, juggling shows, motivational power point presentations, and direct interaction with his audience.

Professional voiceovers and colorful illustrations bring the characters in his stories to life.  Moreover, each book contains a c-d of original songs composed by Larry.  He performs in assembly forums as well as smaller classroom-library venues. 

Typically, after his assembly performance(s), he conducts Meet and Greet the Author sessions where the children can ask questions and purchase his autographed book(s).  If advanced notice is provided to the parents or guardians, Larry offers discounted book prices to all students. He is currently featuring and performing from his Fragilly and Dirty Dan books.  Larry also plans to introduce his latest release, Eddie and Betsy, a two-spider tale.
